Delete your Komorebi account / 删除账号

You can request deletion of your Komorebi account and its associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion outside the app

1. Email komorebi-support@googlegroups.com from the email address used to sign in to Komorebi, with the subject “Komorebi account deletion”.
2. State that you want to delete your account and its associated personal data. Include your Komorebi nickname if you remember it. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.
3. We verify account ownership before processing the request, to prevent someone else deleting your account. Support will confirm completion or explain any information needed.

Delete inside the app

In the released mobile app, go to My account → Delete account and chat data, then confirm deletion. Use the same Google or Apple sign-in that owns the account.

What is deleted and retained

Deletion removes your Komorebi sign-in identity, sessions, profile, chat history, saved memory notes, check-ins, usage data and conversation reports. Minimal transaction references, purchase ownership mappings and records needed for tax, legal, fraud prevention or financial reconciliation may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Retained financial records are not chat history and are not used to personalize conversations.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel Google Play renewal in Google Play subscriptions, or Apple renewal in Apple account settings. You can request deletion even if you need help canceling; contact support for assistance. See cancellation and refunds.
